ROW80,  Writer's life

ROW80 – 2022 – Round 2 – Check-in 10 (June, 12th 2022)

Hi everyone!

Note: To keep posts short, I’ve made a Trello board with my goals for the year. Feel free to check it out if you want to know more about the bigger plan.

My word for the week is BALANCE.

I was really able to balance the various aspects of life this week and this feels great.

Work is not too tight right now so I can spend time with my family and also study a little. And of course there’s chores too!

On Friday, I went with L’s class to discover her new school for next September. The school is nice and so is the staff, and I have a really good feeling about the first grade’s teacher.

So a good week all in all, and Hubby even worked on the kitchen yesterday. The sink is not connected but it’s here, which is a start! We realized we’ve been using the washbasin instead for over a year, so what’s a couple extra weeks, right?

Your update is so organized! Love the colorful progress lines. My word for the week would be simply: Cherish, as in cherish the moment, appreciate family and friends, and even that time for writing. Hope your week ahead remains in ‘balance’!
