ROW80 – 2022 – Round 2 – Check-in 11 (June, 19th 2022)

Hi everyone!

My word for the week is SEE-SAW.

Lots of ups and downs through the week, in morale, performance, energy and motivation.

Overall it was mostly OK but I am weary of emotional roller coasters due to my history with them.

Thankfully, the scale seems to be leaning towards the positive.

The temperature also seems to be going up and down as we reached 34°C yesterday only to get back to 21°C today, like last Sunday. I do love hot sunny weather but I prefer when change is more gradual and we can actually enjoy it.

Maybe it’s all related, but I’d like to think only dark rainy days can affect my mood.
