My word for the week is SELFCARE.
I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately, mostly due to digestion issues, and caught a cold on Wednesday, so I’m taking any chance I can to rest. (Yet posting this in a middle of an insomnia, but I’ll rest later today.)
I’m really looking forward to being on a break at the end of the month, hopefully to catch up on sleep.
What’s reassuring is that I’m not feeling down and can remain patient and quiet through the days. I just miss the energy sometimes, but till I feel physically better, there’s not much else I can do.
Still, I could work on my goals quite effectively. I’m a little behind schedule as far as my studies are concerned but next week should be lighter and grant me the extra time I need to be ready for the coming exams.

Rest, hun. It’s great that you keep making progress, but Self Care is a good guide when you’re under the weather.

Thanks Eden. To be fait, working on my goals is also helping as it brings about a sense of fulfilment and joy. But I do take some me-time daily. 😉
